RESPONSIBILITIES
Envisions game and creates concept document.
Writes development support documents: game design, level design, game balancing, interface schema, game flow.
Defines game elements, objects and game-play mechanics.
Ensures close communication with the various leads involved in the game’s development.
Supervises tasks of other designers working on the project.
Strives for continual improvement of the game.
