We are seeking an intellectual property paralegal to work on-site at SCEA's headquarters in the Legal Department. This position will work closely with the game review legal team, other paralegals and attorneys to serve the Company's Product Development and Marketing groups on a wide range of legal issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Review of video games in development to provide intellectual property clearance, compliance with applicable advertising and privacy laws and compliance with company and industry standards.
• Review of packaging and marketing materials to provide intellectual property clearance, compliance with applicable advertising and privacy laws and compliance with company and industry standards.
• Legal administration of promotions including drafting sweepstakes and contest Official Rules, drafting affidavit and releases, and reviewing marketing creative for compliance with promotion laws and company and industry standards.
• Perform trademark clearance searches.
