The Nickelodeon Virtual Worlds Group creates and operates Nickelodeon’s virtual worlds and persistent multiplayer online (MMO) game experiences for kids and family audiences. Our worlds include the iconic Neopets, now celebrating its 11th year, Petpet Park, a virtual-life style world spinning off from Neopets lore and coming soon, Monkey Quest, an original action-adventure massively multiplayer online game, with more in development.

Senior Producer – Monkey Quest

Nickelodeon Virtual Worlds Group is seeking a Senior Producer in preparation for the launch of Monkey Quest an extraordinary action-adventure massively multiplayer online game (MMOG) for kids.

The Senior Producer will be based in Glendale, CA and will lead all internal and external development.

Responsibilities:
• Manage all facets of production including: scheduling, resource management, internal approvals, asset delivery and routine production tasks
• Manage regular content builds as well as feature development.
• Hands-on production management in a senior level producer capacity managing group of PMs/Producers
• Work closely with creative, technology, QA, marketing, premium and other related teams to produce quality features on time and on budget.
• Establish production methodologies & reporting
• Manage development and release schedules across departments
• Set budgets, timelines, and task priorities for production projects
• Work with external game developers to ensure on time and on budget delivery of projects
• Supervise testing, QA and other technology related processes
• Create staffing plans, prioritize internal production resources across multiple projects as needed
