Design/Creative Director
Description
We are looking for a talented
Design/Creative Director to join our creative force. As a critical member of
our innovative team, you'll be one of the architects with an empathetic mindset
to help build and articulate great creative experiences for the Wondershare
brand and its product campaigns.
Key Holistic Responsibilities:
- Oversee Wondershare's key
visuals and creative marketing assets from online to offline to ensure the
flawless development and execution of world-class communications.
- As a Design/Creative Director,
you'll help the team that crafts the websites for the existing and upcoming
Wondershare products. You'll work conjointly with peers in Art Direction,
Marketing design, User Experience Design, Video Design and Brand Strategists to
develop breakthrough interactive concepts and content strategies.
- You will oversee the global
website's and design strategy, style guide and development of digital
campaigns, new interaction models, and new digital platforms. This job position

Your role as a Creative Partner
- You can lead creative projects
for the Wondershare and its product website design and product launch campaigns
across digital platforms.
- You partner with creative
counterparts and the marketing and brand team to develop innovative strategies,
to formulate content strategies and visual style guide, and to execute work.
- You are hand's on and can lead
and direct the creative work for our design teams in Vancouver and Shenzhen.
Your role as a Creative Manager
- Communicate and drive project
timelines with the team from project approval through strategic development,
creative development and production to completion.
- Partner with product marketing
and creative team on the setup, facilitation and chairing of weekly huddles and
status meetings, tracking action items.
- Work with creative leadership
to prioritize and align the team on daily, weekly and monthly focus.
- Handle the scheduling and
agenda for creative design-led creative reviews.
- Work with the creative team to
define the creative concepting process and structure of reviews, specific to
project needs.
Your Qualification:
- 8 to 12 years of working
experience with the creative teams in an in-house design / agency environment;
- Excellent project and time
management skills, can learn quickly, and accommodate rapid changes in the tech
world;
- Ability to organize information
quickly and at a high level to address potential roadblocks and define the best
way forward;
- Deep cultural curiosity and
connectedness, including extraordinary communication and negotiation skills;
- Understand digital, video and
print asset creation and approval process based on the design center’s business
plan and workflow;
- Inventive and enthusiastic
problem solver, at ease with working in a dynamic, highly matrixed
organization.
