Description
The Organizational Development Manager
plans, develops, implements, and administers development and training programs
for team members, particularly team leaders and emerging leaders. The manager
also acts as liaison and advisor to the organization's leadership and
facilitates initiatives across the organization.
This position
will help drive company values and philosophy through training and content
development activities by working closely with the leadership
team to identify and address employee and organizational development needs. This
position is responsible for ensuring company values and philosophy are adhered
to through training and development activities. This is a full-time, remote
position.

Responsibilities:
• Designs,
develops, and delivers a management development program to build effective
leadership skills and promote company culture and values
•bbDesigns,
develops, and delivers talent development program to promote company culture,
values, and improve competencies across all teams
• Measures the
effectiveness of training programs to ensure a return on investment
• Develops ongoing
educational materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, job aids, etc).
• Develops
self-paced elearning, instructor-led training (both in-person and virtual
classroom material).
• Works with management
team to monitor and evaluate training programs, assess results, implement
enhancements, and provide recommendations for training program effectiveness.
• Maintain ongoing education in industry by attending relevant
conferences
Required Qualifications/Skills:
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities,
influencing skills, and team orientation
- Ability to analyze and synthesize processes to
identify areas of improvement and develop compelling recommendations
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
to communicate effectively and credibly with audiences at all management
levels
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Content/Curriculum Development
- Excellent organizational, operational and
process/project management skills
- Strong communication and relationship management
skills
Education/Certification/License:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Adult
Learning, or Instructional Design or equivalent work experience
- 5-8 years of experience in Training, Leadership
Development, Organization Development, or another related field

• Worked in a video game studio as a
departmental manager with proven leadership skills

Salary Range: $100,000+ DOE
