Intrepid Studios is looking for an exceptional Unreal UI Engineer interested in creating brand new worlds with a brand new IP. We need a team player who can thrive in a highly collaborative, rapidly changing, and multi-disciplinary environment. If you are a self-driven and passionate UI engineer, this position is for you!
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with designers, artists, and client/engine programmers to create high quality and cutting-edge user experiences
- Develop and maintain a clean and optimized UI codebase, ensure consistent coding conventions, and help develop best practices
- Create Dynamic and responsive UI that can scale and reflow to suit a variety of resolutions and localized content
Qualifications:
- Professional experience as a Unreal UI Engineer in the game industry
- Able to work well with a team in a dynamic, cross-discipline, and iterative setting
- Experience using Unreal Motion Graphics (UMG)
- Strong technical experience with UE5 Blueprint and C++
- Excellent organization, written and verbal communication skills

The Legal Bits:
We offer competitive pay based on market standards plus a significant annual bonus structure. The base salary for this role is between $98,000 - $137,200, depending on skills and experience. Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors.

Founded in 2015, Intrepid Studios is the independent developer and publisher of the upcoming and Most Anticipated MMORPG, Ashes of Creation. Based in beautiful Southern California, Intrepid has assembled a veteran AAA team of tremendous talent and experience in the MMORPG industry.
